Harmony - Serving Temperature
It accompanies grilled meat or meat cooked with rich sauces, pepper fillets and a variety of cooked meats. It exquisitely fits with grilled lamb or hog and hard, yellow cheese. Enjoy it at 18°C.
Grapes Provenance
From the selected, private “Petri” vineyard in the Vrinioti winery, located in Yaltra village in Edipsos, North Evia. Total area of 4,000 square meters.
Soil Type
Sandy soil with many pebbles, with north east slope gradient 18% and an altitude of 400 meters.
Vinification - Maturation
Spontaneous fermentation inception with the grape’s native yeasts, in open type tanks, to achieve absolute expression of terroir. Wine maturation in French oak barrels of 225 lt for 12 months, and ageing in the bottle for 24 months. Bottled unfiltered.
Maturation Dynamics
Enjoy it now or age it in appropriate preservation conditions for at least 12-15 years from its distribution.
