The winery Vrinioti is one of the only Greek winery to bottle applied to elevation of the wine bottling, bottling that is done with the help of gravity without participating pumps which afflict and strained the wine, which we all know that is very sensitive product.

At bottling the rules of health and safety of food and beverages, the winery is also certified ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 9001:2001.

The bottling is 100% automated.

Throughout the year in the wine cellar maturation and aging of wines prevailing constant temperature and humidity.

Here only the mature red wines of the winery in French oak barrels of 225 liters are aged and bottled unfiltered in bottles after 12 monts.
